SILVER SHADOW v0.29.82 — PUBLIC RELEASE NOTES 27 September 2026 | Windows 10/11 x64 WHAT CHANGED SINCE v0.29.81 - Entire main-screen layout now adjusts to available window width and height instead of resizing only the right-hand meter panel. - Better use of screen width on compact and high-resolution displays. Development layout tests: 1366 x 768 at 100% and 1920 x 1200. - Compact S-meter, PWR, SWR and ALC display when vertical space is limited; regular Icom Auto Roger and T1-T8 controls remain accessible. - Screen & Layout controls under Tools > General Settings; automatic layout plus selectable alternatives. - Adjusted VFO mouse-wheel event routing so a wheel event over the VFO is handled by the VFO rather than the parent scrolling panel (verify both directions on your computer). UNCHANGED - Existing Icom control, QSO Recorder, scope/waterfall, Hamlib external-app integration, license/trial, and automatic updates. - Model-dependent capabilities and established verification status remain unchanged. NOT IN THIS RELEASE - No new Yaesu model support, keyboard frequency-entry field, new enlarged-VFO layout, or calibrated 200 W power meter. TEST NOTE - The public Windows build must be compiled and tested before publication; no claim is made that all display scaling combinations or radio models have been physically tested.
